'Looks like I'll be off now.' Minu thought as she rose from her chair. 'Everyone will see! All 5 of my sisters will regret making fun of me when -I- become a champion!' Grabbing her bag from the floor, she ran out her room, past every other of her sisters' rooms.
Suddenly, something pulled on her leg before she could get out the door.
"Minuuuuu." It called out.
"Oh, Minus... I'm sorry." She whispered softly as she picked it up and pat it on its head. "I want to make my sisters see that I'm not useless... and that I can do this adventure without anyone else. I'm so sorry..."
"Minun..."
She put the Minun down, gently waved to her Pokemon, and went outside. 'I don't like hurting Minus' feelings... but I'm sure she understands...'

She made her way to the Professor's house, which wasn't very far away. 'This is the start of my journey...'

"Ah, yes! The professor!" Minu sprinted to the professor and bowed slightly. "Hello there! I think you know already, but, I'm here to claim my starter!" Minu thought explaining herself would be better then just coming in. "Please, allow me to go on my journey with one!" She really was like a loli... with the ">o<"ish emotion, it would really get you into calling her 'cute'.
(Ehe... like a real loli.)

"A-Alice?!" Minu was shocked Alice was there. "Wh-Why did you come?!" She coughed once and tried getting back her kind mood and polite mood. "I-I mean..." She said putting on a kind smile. "What brings you here, Alice? To find your starter, perhaps?" Minu looked away from her sister and back at the professor, not bothering to wait for the response when she knew it already. "Hm..."
There were three pokeballs on the table. Each one had an attribute. The one on the left had a fire symbol. 'Pokabu...' The one on the right had a grass symbol. 'Tsutarja...' and the one in the middle had a water symbol. 'Mijumaru!'
She picked up all three of the Pokeballs and looked at the Professor with pleading eyes. "Do you mind if I saw them all?"
